Refund & Returns Policy

However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. This Refunds and Returns Policy outlines the process, conditions, and timeframes for returning products and requesting refunds. 1. Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • Certain items may not be eligible for return. These include:
    • Customized or personalized products
    • Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
    • Perishable items or items that are not suitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons

2. Process for Initiating a Return To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    • Item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for the return
  2. Return Authorization: Upon receiving your request, we will respond within 3 business days with written confirmation, including instructions for returning the item(s) and a return authorization number. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.
  3. Prepare Your Package: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags, manuals, and accessories. Make sure to write the return authorization number on the outside of the package.

Please choose a reliable shipping method with tracking options, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit. 3. Return Shipping Fees

  • Generally, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
  • If you are returning an item due to our error, we will issue a prepaid return shipping label upon approval of the return.

4. Refund Process Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
